<image:caption>Now available - Neurofeedback is a non-drug, reward-based training system for your brain. It’s a non-invasive treatment that works toward improving the source of your unwanted symptoms. Neurofeedback is used to help many conditions such as: ADHD and ADD, stress disorders, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, headaches, migraines, some forms of memory concerns, and sleep issues.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Therapy - EMDR</image:title>
<image:caption>EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) is a non-talking psychotherapy treatment that is proven to help people reduce and resolve issues and symptoms relating to traumatic memories. It can be used for symptoms associated with many issues, such as trauma, PTSD, addiction, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, grief, chronic pain, phobias, and more. EMDR has a direct effect on the way the brain processes information, releasing emotional experiences that are trapped in the nervous system. Our trained therapists will then work with you to recall a disturbing thought, feeling, or memory, and begins the bilateral stimulation (something you can see, hear or touch, that occurs in a moving side to side pattern, such as moving your eyes back and forth). The disturbing memories are then reprocessed by the brain, resulting in painful feelings being exchanged for more resolved, peaceful feelings. EMDR has 8 different phases and works with the past, present, and future. This therapy is grounded on the belief that the mind can heal from psychological trauma, much like the body can heal from physical trauma, and EMDR can unlock this healing process. Our therapists use additional techniques such as parts/ego state work, flash techniques and, AF-EMDR.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Theraplay is a child and family therapy that is focused on supporting healthy attachment between a child and their caregiver. This therapy is based on the belief that strong attachment between a child and parent is the basis of a child’s ongoing well-being and mental health. Our practitioners will guide the parent and child through fun, playful games, in addition to developmentally challenging and, nurturing activities. Each of the activities are designed to help the parent/caregiver in regulating the child’s behaviour. This therapy builds foundations for communicating love, joy, and safety from the parent to the child, and helps the child feel worthy, connected, cared for, safe and secure.</image:caption>

TF-CBT can help with a range of complex emotional and behavioural difficulties that are associated with traumatic experiences. TF-CBT is a short-term, structured therapy that can reduce the symptoms of trauma and PTSD, in addition to depressive and anxiety symptoms.
